Art Creek

Event visual identity

Art Creek was a vibrant event concept created for Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek, WI, to celebrate and support local artists from Southeastern Wisconsin. Visitors would have been invited to explore the square, discover a wide range of artwork, and purchase pieces directly from the artists.

The visual identity took inspiration from one of the earliest forms of art—cave drawings. I designed a full logo suite and custom elements like stepping stone patterns to symbolize the journey through art and the event itself.

I created promotional items and marketing materials, including t-shirts, tote bags, a bold poster, social media story graphics, and a mural. One standout idea was the primary logo spray-painted directly onto the sidewalk, turning the space itself into part of the art experience.

Although the event never came to fruition and the concept wasn’t used, this project was a rewarding opportunity to blend creativity and community in a way that truly celebrated art.
